The optimal preparation time is several months. Preparation of major international projects can take six months or a year. It all depends on the format of the event, the mechanics of the event, the number of participants, etc.
One of the most important stages is the choice of the venue of the event. If you organize popular sites yourself, you should book about six months in advance. If you plan to organize an event with the help of an event agency, then you should start with a consultation:)
Yes, we also provide services for the manufacture of branded souvenir products, printed materials, brandwalls, and make targeted delivery of gifts for significant events.
A contract is concluded between the customer and the contractor, services are paid by invoice. Our offices are located in Europe and Georgia, i.e. payment is made to a European or Georgian legal entity.
After the initial consultation by phone or via messenger, our manager will send you a brief to fill out. But based on it, we will prepare a detailed commercial offer for you. Then we meet with the customer (in person or online) to present the project and answer questions. After that, the preparation for the event itself begins).
